RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nth Beginnings (arsheverest.com), we want you to love what 
you receive. Please read this policy carefully before placing 
your order.

PHYSICAL BOOKS & JOURNALS

Due to the nature of books and handmade items, we do not accept 
returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days 
of delivery at arsheverest@gmail.com with:
— Your order number
— A photo of the damage

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our 
discretion.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are final sale. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot 
be cancelled or refunded as production and handmade bookmark 
preparation begins immediately.

HANDMADE ITEMS (BOOKMARKS, ART)

All handmade items are final sale. Each piece is unique and made 
by hand — no two are alike. We do not accept returns on handmade 
goods.

ART COMMISSIONS

Commission deposits are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with 
the final piece, please contact us and we will work with you to 
find a resolution.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect 
addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping 
address before placing your order.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will 
do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
