Therapy was always helpful when my brain would start to doubt my existence and my thoughts seemed to hate everything I did. But. I was broke and therapy was becoming a financial strain. In midst of all this, my self-esteem was the first to crash. 

So, the leader in me took things in her own hands. Thanks to my past therapists and my love for psychology - I created a prompted journal rooted in CBT to train my brain to be kinder to my self and build confidence. 

I have been using this journal for almost a year now, and I can confidently say that I don't feel like an imposter as much as I did before.

I am starting to believe in my own abilities and skills.
